First up is a clean and expressive washed SL9 from producer Bilibran Tello! I find beautiful tropical acidity, complexity, cleanliness, and jasmine florals. This coffee is a classical presentation of washed SL9 and it's tasting amazing. Next, is a contrasting funky caturra from Santa Elena that's LOUD AF. I wanted to feature this expression of coffee as I've really enjoyed Still's process forward coffees and his roasting here. I find DEEP red fruit notes with strawberries, bananas, coconut, vanilla, and insane sweetness.
