I'm happy to be collaborating with my friends at MAME (Zurich, Switzerland) to feature these amazing coffees. These are competition level coffees that showcase three distinct expressions of coffee from floral washed coffees, fruity and expressive naturals, to winey and fun anaerobic coffees. These coffees are all MAME filter roasts and are incredibly straightforward and easy to brew with each having very loud and intense presentations. 

I find you need to rest these coffees for around a month, especially the more fermentation forward coffees.
